By accessing or using ChasingDestiny555 you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

ChasingDestiny555 is a consultancy founded by Chamair T. Jenkins offering coaching, education, digital products, and partner pathways focused on healing, mindset, money, credit education, debt support, savings strategies, and business funding education.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or to purchase any product. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Consultations (“Destiny Calls”) are scheduled through third-party booking software (Calendly). Availability, rescheduling, and cancellation are subject to the policies communicated at booking. Partner and affiliate links may redirect you to third-party platforms operated by independent providers (including NovaeMoney). We are not responsible for the products, services, or content of those third parties.

The Reset & Restore Destiny Aligned Journal and other paid digital products are delivered as instant downloads after a successful payment processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks are offered once a download has been made available. If you experience a technical issue receiving your file, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve it.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, or post any portion of our guides, journals, or other content publicly.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, guides, journals, prompts, frameworks, and the ChasingDestiny555 brand — is owned by or licensed to ChasingDestiny555 and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to: (a) impersonate any person; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access; or (d) use the Services in a way that violates any law or these Terms.

The Services rely on or link to third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), Calendly (bookings), Lovable (hosting and database), and NovaeMoney (affiliate partner). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Services, guides, journals, and consultations are provided for educational, motivational, and informational purposes only. They are not therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, tax advice, credit repair advice, or financial advice. We do not guarantee any specific credit, funding, financial, business, or personal outcome. Results vary based on individual situation, eligibility, credit profile, debt profile, income, effort, and program requirements.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChasingDestiny555, its founder, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChasingDestiny555 and its founder from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
